Dr. Dean Levy
Dr. Dean Levy's favorite thing about being a dentist is getting to know his patients on a deeper level. Although he knew from a young age that he wanted to be in the medical field, he didn’t decide to become a dentist until he met his college roommate’s dentist father and began shadowing local dentists.
Dr. Levy earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University. Upon graduation he worked as a special education teacher in the Newton Public School system. Though he enjoyed working with children in an educational setting, he decided to pursue his dentistry dreams and returned to the Boston University School of Dental Medicine, where he met his wife, Dr. Christa Rizkallah.
Today, Dr. Levy has completed hundreds of hours of additional dental training. He is a certified Invisalign provider, and an active member of the American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society, and the Spear Education Study Club.
In his spare time, he loves being with Dr. Rizkallah and their two children and taking care of his saltwater reef aquarium.
Dr. Christa Rizkallah
Dr. Christa Rizkallah’s passion for dentistry began when she started helping her dentist uncle at his office as a teenager. Even as she attended college, she continued helping him, eventually training to become a dental assistant. Inevitably, this led her to pursue dentistry as a career, and after earning her bachelor's degree in biology from Merrimack College, she graduated from Boston University School of Dental Medicine, where she met her now- husband, our own Dr. Dean Levy.
Dr. Rizkallah is passionate about learning and is a huge proponent of continuing education. She is a certified Invisalign provider and is trained to administer Botox and dermal fillers. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society, and a Spear Study Club.
In the little spare time she has, Dr. Rizkallah enjoys spending time with Dr. Levy and their two small children, as well as her large, close-knit Lebanese family!
Dr. Annie Amsalem
With over 40 years of dental experience, Dr. Annie Amsalem hails from Paris but is thrilled to be treating patients here in Boston, where she earned her Certificate in Periodontology from Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry.
When she is not helping protect the smiles of her patients, Dr. Amsalem likes spending time with her husband and two stepchildren. She also loves traveling and enjoys participating in sports like tennis and snowboarding!
Dr. Christine Melito
An accomplished and talented dentist, Dr. Christine Melito earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and her Master of Science in Dentistry and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Endodontics from Boston University’s Goldman School of Dental Medicine.
Before becoming a dentist, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Cardiopulmonary Science from Northeastern University and was a practicing respiratory therapist at Tufts Medical Center and Children’s Hospital. She also served as a Captain (CPT) in the Army National Guard from 2001-2008.
Dr. Melito is a current, active member of the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, the East Middlesex District Dental Society and the North Shore District Dental Society.
In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, photography, and running. In fact, she’s already participated in five marathons!
